Exercise 3 instruction

Exercise #3: Formatting your visualization in Flourish

The goal of this third exercise is to complete the creation of our bubble chart in Flourish by changing various design elements such as axis labels and formats to match the data we uploaded into the template, instead of matching the sample data that was there when we first opened the template.

Instructions:

  1. Edit the x-axis to not be log scale, going from min 0 to max 100, and titled “Access to Basic Sanitation (percent)”
  2. Edit the y-axis to not be log scale, going from min 0 to max 250, and titled “Mobile Cellular Subscriptions (per 100 people)”
  3. Add a descriptive header Title and Subtitle that introduces your audience to the story
  4. Add “World Bank” as the source in the Footer
